Typical Applications: Utility carrier installation.

Description: In projects that have used open excavation or trenching to place casing, skidding is used to pull or push the utility carrier lines into place using a jack and bore machine. Carrier lines are assembled and casing spacers are attached prior to installation. Some projects may require the final welding of casing sections before utilities are installed.

Limitations: Most carrier lines can be installed up to lengths of 800’.

Considerations:

Casings must be welded before utilities can be installed
 Length of installation
 Job site configuration
 Casing spacers provided on request
