Marcia Veidmark is President and one of the original founders of SSC. During her 40 year tenure she has served in all major capacities including; secretary, treasurer, and chairman of the board, as well as managing all daily business and financial activities.
Marcia serves on the board of directors for the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Small Business Leadership Council, and plays an active role on the ASU Spirit of Enterprise team. In cooperation with The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and Thunderbird School of Management, she is currently spearheading a project to introduce “Family Business with a Future,” a new seminar series for local businesses. She is also co-founder of the Executive Leaders Forum (ELF), a successful leadership development program for middle managers.

Arvid Veidmark III is Executive Vice President and Senior Estimator for SSC. He has more than two decades of field experience and holds multiple licenses and certifications. Arvid is the lead consultant and educator for the company, and is fast becoming nationally renowned for his work in trenchless education. Arvid began traveling internationally last year, presenting at The Trenchless Middle East conference in Dubai, and guest speaker at the International No-Dig conference in Ontario, Canada
Arvid is married and a father of four, a passionate outdoors man, and spends much of his spare time spearheading activities for his Church.

Aaron Veidmark is Vice President in charge of the Vacuum Division. Like his brothers, Aaron grew up in the company and has served in a number of capacities including field operations manager and heading up the auger and directional drilling divisions. As part-owner of this family business he wears a multitude of hats, including materials purchasing, fleet and facilities management, and technical advising.
Aaron is a typical middle child, quiet and determined, with a (very) dry sense of humor. He is married and a father of two, loves to play with his toys and shop online. He is devout in his faith and counts his blessings daily.

Abe Veidmark is Vice President in charge of the Auger Division. He has worked for SSC and the affiliate companies in several capacities including management, sales, field operations, and mechanics, since 1993.
Abe is also the owner of Akamai Sales & Marketing, a successful LLC that specializes in products for off-road vehicles, namely SANDMATS. He is a former dive instructor and Member of NPS Search and Rescue Dive Team. He is also married and father of a handsome six-year old.

Michelle Walker is Vice President of Finanace and Administration of Specialized Services Company since 1998, and oversees all business functions of the operation including staff, contract administration, marketing, finance, and human resources. She is well educated in business, finance, economics, and contract law and plays a vital role in the company's strategic succession plan.
Michelle is the mother of two, enjoys camping with her family and running, recently finishing her first 26.2 mile marathon in San Diego, California.
