Laborers:

Valid drivers license with clean 39 month MVR required. Transportation required. Must be capable of lifting 50lbs and perform manual labor. Take direction from lead-man and assist crew as necessary. Able to operate and perform daily field maintenance on small construction equipment (i.e. whackers, trash pumps, cutting saws, generator). Must have good communication skills and maintain a clean and professional appearance. Experience not required. Benefits available.

Lead-men:

Valid AZ drivers license with clean 39 month MVR required. CDL a plus. Transportation required. Must be capable of lifting 50lbs. Assist crew and perform manual labor as necessary. Operate directional bore equipment, Bob Cat (Skid Steer), Backhoe, Crane & welder under supervision of Foreman. Perform daily maintenance on field equipment. Assist with driving pickup trucks as required. Must have good communication skills and maintain a clean and professional appearance. Pay commensurate with experience. Benefits available.

Foremen:

Valid AZ CDL with clean 39 month MVR required. Transportation required. Must be capable of lifting 50lbs. Operates and maintains all job related equipment. Performs pay sheet recording and calculations. Summarizes and records job site operations. Conducts and records job site meetings. Prepares As-Builts as needed at the conclusion of project. Responsible for mobe and de-mobe of all field equipment. Communicates with inspectors, sub-contractors, etc. Experience required; Ability to read blue prints. Ability to recognize AZ Blue Stake markings. Ability to diagram a site including pit location, bore elevation, line, and grade. Must have good communication skills and maintain a clean and professional appearance. Pay commensurate with experience. Benefits available.
